We provide professionally managed investment pools for our churches to use for their endowments and other investment funds. Several of these pools are managed in keeping with the Social Principles of the United Methodist Church.
Money Market Fund
The fund invests only in short-term cash instruments and is designed to achieve money market rates of return. The fund’s objective is to preserve capital through all market cycles.
Short Term Investment Fund
For investors who seek conservative, short-term investments that focus on capital preservation and liquidity. The fund invests primarily in a broad range of high quality bonds such as U.S. Treasury Bill and Notes, U.S. Federal Agencies, and short-term corporate obligations.
Fixed Income Fund
For investors who seek a greater portion of their investment return from current income, but exhibit willingness to incur some risk for the potential of modest capital appreciation. The fund’s objective is to earn current income by investing in a broad mix of fixed-income instruments.
Multiple Asset Fund
For investors who seek long-term investment growth and income from exposure to a broadly diversified portfolio of stocks, bonds, real estate, and various other investments. Investors should be willing to experience some fluctuations in the value of the fund, though not as much as a fund comprised exclusively of common stocks.
World Allocation Fund
For investors who seek long-term capital growth by investing in a wide range of asset classes in the U.S. and internationally. The fund is managed with a highly disciplined, value-oriented style intended to help minimize risk. Strict value-style investing can lead to lagging performance when growth-oriented stocks stage a strong rally.
Global Equity Fund
For investors who seek long-term investment growth through exposure to the broad U.S. public equities market, with some international market exposure and are willing to accept the risk of possible fluctuations in the unit price of the fund.
